Reevly is an app for tracking items you lend to other people. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we don't do.
What we collect
- Your email address and display name, so you can sign in and so we can address you in the app. Signing in with Apple uses Apple's private-relay email by default — we receive only the relay address, never your real one, unless you choose to share it.
- The items you add — name, optional serial number, price, location, notes, and any photos you upload.
- The borrowers you add — names you give them, plus optional contact info and notes.
- Loan records — which item went to which borrower, when, and when it came back. Optional return photos.
- Minimal sign-in metadata — the device IP address and approximate location at sign-in, used by our auth system for rate limiting and to detect suspicious activity. Not used for analytics, ads, or shared with third parties.
Where it's stored
Your data is stored entirely on Cloudflare infrastructure we run:
- Item / borrower / loan records + your account row: Cloudflare D1 (SQLite).
- Photos: Cloudflare R2 object storage.
- Session cookies + rate-limit counters: Cloudflare KV (short-lived, automatically expired).
- Transactional email (sign-in verification + password reset codes + your replies to our support emails) is delivered via Resend. Resend processes the email body in transit and retains delivery metadata per their privacy policy; we don't store outbound message contents ourselves.
Apple ID and Google account data shown during sign-in comes from those providers' OAuth flows and is governed by their respective privacy policies. We only receive what Apple / Google explicitly grant: a stable user identifier + email (relay address for Apple) + name on first sign-in.
Everything is scoped to your account. Other Reevly users can't see your items, your borrowers, or your loan history.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to anyone.
- We don't share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We don't run third-party tracking pixels or analytics services on the marketing site.
- We don't share borrower contact info — borrowers themselves don't have Reevly accounts.
Your rights
You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time. Email support@reevly.app from the address you signed up with and we'll complete the request within 30 days.
Deleting your account removes your items, borrowers, and loan history from our active database. Encrypted backups roll off after 30 days.
