Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Reevly.
• You're responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your sign-in safe. If something looks off (a sign-in you didn't do, a session on a device you don't recognize), email support@reevly.app.
• The data you add — items, borrowers, loan history, photos — is yours. We store it for you under the terms in our Privacy Policy.

Subscription

• Reevly Free is free, forever. The plans page in the app lists what's included.
• Reevly Pro is billed through your Apple ID. Pricing is set per Apple App Store storefront, so the amount shown to you reflects your country's local currency and tier — see the in-app upgrade screen or your Apple ID subscription settings for the exact charge. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel; cancellation is done through your Apple ID, not through Reevly.
• Pro starts with a 14-day free trial, billed automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel. Family Sharing is included.
• If your payment fails, Pro features stay on for a 16-day grace window. After that, your account stays — your data isn't touched — but Pro features lock until you renew.

Acceptable Use

Reevly's Pro subscription offers unlimited items, borrowers, photos, locations, and categories — meaning we will never throttle, restrict, or charge you extra for normal usage at any scale a real person or organization is likely to reach.

However, to protect the service and other users from abuse, “unlimited” is subject to the following reasonable limits:

• Items per team: Up to 10,000 items. If you need more, contact us at support@reevly.app and we'll work with you.
• Photos per team: Up to 100,000 photos in aggregate.
• Photos per item: Up to 10 (the Pro limit; not adjustable).
• Borrowers per team: Up to 10,000.
• API and upload rate limits: Reasonable rates consistent with normal app usage. We reserve the right to throttle automated or bulk operations that significantly exceed typical patterns.
• Photo size: Individual photos may not exceed 10MB. We resize and compress uploaded photos to optimize storage and performance.
• Storage: While we don't bill by storage volume, we may contact you if your team's total storage exceeds 50GB to discuss usage patterns.

We don't anticipate that any individual or organization using Reevly for its intended purpose — tracking physical items that get lent out and returned — will approach these limits. They exist to prevent abuse (such as using Reevly as a general-purpose photo hosting service) rather than to constrain legitimate use.

If you have a use case that genuinely requires more than these limits, contact support@reevly.app. We'd rather work with you than restrict your account.

We may update these limits over time. We will notify Pro subscribers of any material changes at least 30 days in advance.

Your content

• You own everything you put into Reevly. Items, borrower lists, loan history, photos — all yours.
• You grant us a license to store, display, and process that content solely so we can run the service for you. The license ends when you delete the content.
• Don't upload content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to share (including borrower contact info you don't have consent to track).

Termination

• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We give you a 30-day grace window before the deletion is final, so a stray tap can't lose your data.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms (especially the Acceptable Use limits above). We'll contact you first whenever it's practical.

Disclaimers

Reevly is provided as-is. We work hard to keep your data safe and the service up, but we don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for losses arising from data you chose to track in Reevly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Reevly is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms. When the change is material, we'll tell active subscribers by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Minor edits (typo fixes, clarifications that don't shift your rights) get applied immediately and noted in the “Last updated” date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cebu City unless an alternative venue is required by law.
